HMD International Chief Product Officer Juho Sarvikas in the company’s pre-MWC 2018 press conference on Sunday demonstrated the Coming of the new upgrade alongside mentioning the launch of Android Oreo beta update for the Nokia two. The executive stated that the beta update would hit the Nokia 2 in the upcoming few weeks. He notably announced the Android Oreo beta upgrade for the Nokia 3 overdue.

To put in Android Oreo beta upgrade to your Nokia 3, then you need to register/ sign up for the Nokia Beta Labs then supply your IMEI number for an endorsement. Once approved, you will get a notification for the update which will allow you to download the upgrade package. You should use a Wi-Fi link to download the upgrade and are advised to back up your private data before beginning the update process.

As per the screenshot supplied by a Twitter user, the Android Oreo beta update for your Nokia 3 is approximately 1.6GB in size and includes core Android 8.0 Oreo attributes such Picture-in-Picture mode, Notification dots, Google Play Shield safety notes, Autofill passwords, along with Faster boot up. The update also brings the February Android security limitation.

The smartphone is one of those cheap models by HMD International, priced at Rs. 9,499. It’s a 5-inch HD display and comes with a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek 6737 SoC, paired together with 2GB of RAM. There’s also 16GB of onboard storage plus a 2650mAh battery.
